Safe, Portable & Efficient

The Petro-Lite™ is a portable hot work safety enclosure that comes in both an open and closed top configuration. All of its panels utilize PetroHab's patented Quadra-Lock® panel interlocking technology to securely attach to each other, and all are made of a silver/gray premium silicone coated fiberglass fabric that is ANSI/FM 4950 certified. The Petro-Lite™ is designed with an eye toward increasing productivity, decreasing costs, and enhancing safety. With a minimal amount of manpower — no more than two people are needed — the panels can be attached to each other in no more than five minutes.

Key Features

5-Minute Setup — 2 People

No more than two people are needed to assemble the Petro-Lite™. Panels attach to each other in no more than five minutes, making it ideal for urgent and routine hot work tasks.

Quadra-Lock® Panel Interlocking Technology

PetroHab's patented Quadra-Lock® system securely connects all panels without zippers, providing reliable assembly in any field condition.

1,000°F Wall Temperature Rating

Vertical walls can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 1,000°F, providing a safe environment for hot work operations.

Open or Closed Top Configuration

The closed top configuration shields workers from the elements and enhances the enclosure's ability to contain the by-products of hot work. Open top is also available.

Scaffolding Integration

Panels attach to standard scaffolding via Velcro cinch straps or D-ring eyelets. An optional stand-alone custom-made frame is available when scaffolding is unavailable.

Cross-Hairs Design Panels

Two opposing vertical panels feature a 'Cross-Hairs' design that allows pipes or structural metals to intrude into and/or protrude out of the Petro-Lite™ so hot work can be safely performed on them inside.

Typical Applications

Scaffolding-based hot work on elevated structures
Rapid-response welding and cutting operations
Pipe and structural metal hot work with intrusion/protrusion
Maintenance tasks requiring minimal crew and fast setup
Offshore platform topside maintenance
Any hot work where speed and portability are critical
