The Petro-Shield™ is a mobile and modular Hot Work Safety Enclosure (HWSE) designed to contain hot work-related operations in the field while sheltering personnel from environmental conditions. The Petro-Shield™ enhances the safety and security of crews operating under varying inclement weather conditions. Its tubular frame is constructed from aluminum pipes and its length is readily expandable in 4-foot increments. The panels that cover the Petro-Shield™'s frame utilize PetroHab's patented Quadra-Lock® panel interlocking technology. D-rings are incorporated into the exterior vertical webbing strips to provide additional tie-down capabilities whenever desired.

Modular Aluminum Frame
Tubular frame constructed from durable aluminum pipes. The enclosure's length is readily expandable in 4-foot increments, allowing customization for any project size.
Quadra-Lock® Panel System
All panels utilize PetroHab's patented Quadra-Lock® panel interlocking technology for a secure, reliable assembly in any field condition.
D-Ring Tie-Down Capability
D-rings incorporated into the exterior vertical webbing strips provide additional tie-down capabilities whenever desired, ensuring stability in challenging environments.
Optional Climate Control
When hot work is conducted in extreme temperatures, PetroHab offers an optional air conditioning unit or heater that can be securely mounted outside the enclosure.
Mobile Field Deployment
Designed for rapid deployment wherever hot-work operations take you — from pipeline work to well-head testing and offshore maintenance.
Pipeline & Specialized Applications
